TRADERS' HAVEN is a spacious (over 2000 square feet!) 5 bedroom home that can accomodate as many as 16 people. Traders' Haven occupies the entire second floor of the Mountcastles' building on 8th Avenue, Pass-a-grille, St. Pete Beach. The Mountcastles have operated a small trading company importing folk art from dozens of countries for twenty years. They are currently working overseas with their five children. TROPICAL GARDEN WITH JACUZZI: huge traveler palms, dozens of climbing confederate, sambac and star jasmine, honeysuckle, gardenia, magnolia, and varieties of palms - a great place to relax in the gazebo while the kids play in the jacuzzi and dinner is cooking on the grill. AMBIENCE: This unique home is bright and airy with high ceilings and windows all around. Oriental rugs, wood floors, antiques and folk art from most continents of the world add to the ambience. ACCOMODATIONS: 5 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Kitchen, large and fully equipped, and additional kitchenette with full sized refrigerator 8 BEDS can comfortably accomodate 16. There are 4 Queen sized beds, 1 Double bed, 3 Double futon beds. PORCH: A 50X10FT enclosed air-conditioned porch/living room for lounging, dining and watching sunrises and sunsets covers the entire south face of the building. DECK: There is a large open deck on the north side. This deck overlooks an enclosed Tropical Jasmine Garden with with a huge (8ft diam)Jaccuzzi Spa.

The Merry Pier is at the east end of our block offering fishing, tackle and bait, wave-runners, sunset cruises, deep sea fishing trips, and a great! boat shuttle to Shell Island.
