THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! for all you two did to make the girls' spring break unforgettable. They had a wonderful time and they thought the cottage was perfect for the four of them. . . not too big, not too small, just right. And they enjoyed meeting the other students in the house and hanging out with them. All in all, even with a little bad weather, it was awesome.............Again, thank you for going above and beyond to make the week a treat for the girls. -D., Indiana

Rosemary, this place was awesome! the apartment was perfect for 4 guys and possibly one more. We stayed the whole week living very comfortably and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property was beautiful, and being so close to the beach is awesome. Looking forward to renting it again next year. Thanks again for an amazing spring break week.

"For two families, we loved the space. Kids loved the playground. Great amenities. The walk to the beach was easy. Having the deli and convenience store a block away was a pleasant surprise.....the deli had quality products ie, meat selection and decent prices. A very comfortable stay.
